Shipping is charged once per order, not per item. Multi-pack orders ship together, which is why larger packs cost less per pair to receive.
Import duties or taxes in your country, if any, are paid by the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping charge.
Returns
If a part arrives damaged, or does not match the part number you ordered, contact us at jensen@jensenmillwork.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Parts ordered in error can be returned unused and in their original packaging within 30 days; return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the error was ours.
